On or about June 27, 2019, procedures were not developed and documented for the control of potentially hazardous energy (electrical and pneumatic) when employees perform service and maintenance on the conveyor in the shipping area, exposing them to struck-by and caught-in hazards.

On feasible means of abatement is to provide a barrier guard at and around the push bar area of the conveyor to prevent "cut-through" traffic across the conveyor.
