Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system On or about June 27, 2019, at the jobsite located at 1720 2nd Avenue, Boca Raton, Florida 33432, the employer did not ensure the roofers installing new roof tiles were protected from falls by the use of a fall protection system or device when the workers were above 6ft from the surface below.
