29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms when they were not specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use: a. 312 Route 22 West, Green Brook, NJ The employer authorized the use of an attachment to a JLG, SkyTrak Telehandler, Model 10054, S/N 0160046956, which was not designed specifically by the manufacturer for use with the equipment. Employees engaged in steel erection activities worked from a platform, attached to the forks, that was not authorized for use by the manufacturer. Violation observed or about June 26, 2019
