29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  a.  On or about July 2, 2019, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations on a low sloped roof (4:12 or less), nine-teen (19) feet six (6) inches above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards.  b.  On or about July 2, 2019, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations on a low sloped roof (4:12 or less), eleven (11) feet eight (8) inches above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards.  The Raul's Remodeling Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1251236, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on November 15, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 1829 - 1837 Goodwin Drive, Palatine, IL.
