On or about July 2, 2019, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations on a low sloped roof (4:12 or less), nine-teen (19) feet six (6) inches above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards. b. On or about July 2, 2019, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations on a low sloped roof (4:12 or less), eleven (11) feet eight (8) inches above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards. The Raul's Remodeling Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1251236, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on November 15, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 1829 - 1837 Goodwin Drive, Palatine, IL.
