On or about 8/14/2019, located at The Quikrete Companies LLC, 12201 NW 25th Ave, Miami FL 33182 Building C-Bagging area - Employees were exposed to a caught by hazard while working in close proximity of conveyors which had ingoing nip points not guarded.
