29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, debris was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures: (a) Site: On or about June 26, 2019, the employer exposed employees to trip hazards in that, lumber and other unused wood material was not properly staged and organized while framing the house.

29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(9): Handrails for stairways did not provide adequate handholds for employees grasping them to avoid falling: (a) Site: On or about June 26, 2019, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards in that, handrails for stairways were not provided to them while using the stairways. The fall distance was approximately 36 inches to the floor.
