29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work areas: (a)EMP SERV, LLC at 28340 384th Avenue, Armour, SD 57313: On or about and at times prior to June 25, 2019, the employer did not ensure employees were protected from chemical hazards in that safety data sheets for hazardous chemicals purchased outside the Pipestone System Warehouse were not maintained or readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area. This condition exposed employee to chemical hazard.
