29 CFR  1928.57(b)(2)(i): The mesh or nip-points of all power driven gears, belts, chains, sheaves, pulleys, sprockets, and idlers were not guarded:   (a)Emp Serv, LLC dba Dylbrook Farms, LLC at 44448 258th Street, Canistota, SD 57012:  On or about and at times prior to February 8, 2023, the employer did not ensure that the industrial ventilation fans, models PNEG-876-APP Series Fans V.12.0 and PNEG-1559_04-04-22, which were (7) feet or less from floors or platforms were guarded or otherwise protected from employee contact with the fan motor belt and pulley located on the northeast wall of the west breeding and gestation hog confinement area.  This condition exposed employees to potential caught-in and amputation hazards.
