Examples of guarding methods are-barrier guards, two-hand tripping devices, electronic safety devices, etc.:     a) On or about July 9, 2019 the hydraulic cover on the backside of the compactor ram feed by the Hog grinder was not guarded to prevent employee exposure to a pinch point hazard.     b) On or about July 9, 2019 the rotating gears holding the hot wire on the butt cutter in the down-cutter area were not guarded to prevent employee exposure to a pinch point hazard.     c) On or about July 9, 2019 the in-running nip point created between the flat conveyor belt and the end roller in the down-cutter area was not guarded to prevent employee exposure to a pinch point hazard.
