29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer must ensure all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition:    At a facility located at 5320 Fueller Street, Schofield, WI 54476; the employer did not ensure that the shelving storage area immediately adjacent to the bag house were kept clean of accumulations of combustible expanded polystyrene (EPS) dust.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(2)(iii):  Employees shall be informed of the location and availability of the written hazard communication program, including the required list(s) of hazardous chemicals, and safety data sheets required by this section:    At a facility located at 5320 Fueller Street, Schofield, WI 54476; the employer did not inform employees of the locations and availability of safety data sheets for the chemicals that employees were assigned to work with. Employees did not know where SDS were located or how to access them.
