29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: Dry Fabrication Area: On or about July 10, 2019, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to an undue physiological burden when dry cutting granite products while wearing a required 3M half-facepiece respirator without a written respiratory protection program that covers elements such as, but not limited to: respirator selection, medical evaluation of employees, fit testing of employees, and training.
