29 CFR 1926.403(b)(2): Listed, labeled, or certified equipment was not installed and used in accordance with instructions included in the listing, labeling, or certification: a) Renovation Area: General contractor employee(s) were using an extension cord and relocatable power tap to concurrently provide power to a laptop computer, printer, and phone charger. Employees were exposed to fire hazards. b) B3477 Locker Room: Subcontractor employees were performing carpentry work, such as cutting and stapling templates for the shower wall. A Rigid 5-outlet power tap was used to concurrently provide power to hand tools and another 3-outlet power tap. Employees were exposed to fire hazards.
