29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): "Unprotected sides and edges." Each employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which is 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On June 25th, 2019 at 4265 Shaw Ave, workers of Vaorsa Contracting, LLC were at the unprotected edge of a roof without utilizing fall protection. Vaorsa Contracting, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1095063, citation number 1, item number 2(a) and issued on 11/04/2015 was affirmed as a final order on 12/03/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 702 Hesemann Ridge Court, Wildwood, MO 63021.
