At the residential construction site located at 1321 NE Bradywine, Lee's Summit MO 64064: An employee was exposed to a fall hazard. The employee was on top level of the scaffold working from a type A ladder. An employee was working on the ladder exposed to a fall hazard. The ladder type A was used closed and inclined increasing the probability of fall.
