29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a working/walking surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet ( 1.8m ) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) 60 School St. Fonda, NY- side of the building adjacent to the street. Three employees were working on top of a commercial building approximately 20-foot above ground level without fall protection.
