The employees were exposed to struck by and crushed-by hazards.

Hensley Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 987189, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on October 9, 2014, with a final abatement date of October 17, 2014, with respect to a workplace hazard located at 7300 E 121st Place South in Bixby, OK 74008      R.L.
