This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of 24 inches.

This condition exposed employees to caught-in hazards.  29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4): Grinding machinery was not used with work rest(s) to support offhand grinding work:  (b)  On or about July 10, 2019 and at times prior thereto, the work rest for the left-side abrasive wheel on a Craftsman 8 inch bench grinder was removed.
