29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2): Except as provided in paragraphs (b)(2)(i) and (b)(2)(ii) of this section, each scaffold platform and/or walkway was not at least 18 inches (46 cm) wide:  a)  At 256 Linch Road, Lot 6 Graceton Farms, Turin, Georgia:  On or about July 16, 2019 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to perform framing activities from a job made scaffold with a work platform that was two planks totaling 16 inches wide with a 2 foot gap between the planks exposing his employees to a fall hazard of up to 22.2 feet to the ground below.
