29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that is 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level was protected from falling:     (a)  Paint Line #1:  On July 31, 2019 and times prior, employees are exposed to a fall of 8 feet into opening in the floor during the setup and loading of aluminum coils on to the line.  The opening is 3 and 1/2 feet in width and 17 feet in length.

29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii): The energy control procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the scope, purpose, authorization, rules, and techniques to be utilized for the control of hazardous energy, including, but not limited to Items of this section:    (a)  Prime Coater Room:  On July 17, 2019 and times prior, the employer has not developed a specific energy control procedure for the coil coater for employees that conduct servicing and maintenance, such as roll changes. The coil coater has multiple energy sources, 460 volt electrical and 80 psi pneumatic pressure.
