29 CFR 1910.106(e)(6)(ii): Category 1 or 2 flammable liquids, or Category 3 flammable liquids with a flashpoint below 100 degree F (37.8 degree C), were dispensed into containers without the containers being electrically interconnected: a) Main Shop area: On or about July 17, 2019 and at times prior, employees were exposed to flash fire hazards while dispensing Zep Brake Wash (Methanol, Category 2 flammable) from an ungrounded 20 gallon metal drum to unbonded metal secondary containers.
