29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: a) Unicor Corrugating Machines #1-11: On or about July 18, 2019, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to a caught-in hazard while operating the Unicor Corrugating Machine, Model UC 58710, without a top cover guard for rotating parts. b) Unicor Corrugating Machine #1-11: On or about July 18, 2019, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to a caught-in hazard while operating the Unicor Corrugating Machine, Model UC 58710, without side guards for the ingoing nip points on the pulleys.
