Hope Road, Wharton, NJ 07885 An employee was exposed to flash fire hazards when using a chemical to clean the slat conveyor chute which had a flash point below the temperature in the conveyor of approximately 400 degrees Fahrenheit. The chemical was not intended for cleaning purposes and was not used in accordance with company procedures requiring the use of a specific release agent for this purpose. Violation was observed on or about June 20, 2019.
