29 CFR 1910.335(a)(1)(i): Employees working in areas where there were potential electrical hazards were not provided with electrical protective equipment that was appropriate for the specific parts of the body that needed to be protected and for the work being performed: a) On or about 07/19/2019, employees performing troubleshooting and testing on live 480VAC electrical equipment for machines such as, but not limited to, lentil machines were not provided with appropriate personal protective equipment such as, but not limited to gloves, fire retardant clothing and protective face shield to protect them from arc flash and electrical shock. Employees used bare hands and a fluke tester only.
