29 CFR 1926.304(d): Portable, power-driven circular saw(s) were not equipped with a guard above and below the base plate or shoe: a) Front side of Residential Structure (ground): On or about July 16, 2019 and at times prior thereto, the employer allowed the guards to be pinned opened on 2 of 3 skill saws being used on site which exposed an employee to amputations and other injuries associated with making contact with saw blade. Oscar Garduno Rubio was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.304(d), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1165743, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 16, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 8912 Big Horn Trail, Pike Road, Alabama 36064.
