The extension cord was rubbing on the metal siding of the bag house. b) On or about 07/23/2019 in the maintenance shop; where two, wall mounted, TRIP LITE portable power taps (power strips) were being used to supply power to a portable fan and parts washer pump. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
