29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems: a) Single Family Frame Home (New Construction): Employees engaged in framing activities were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 25 feet above the ground surface without the use of a personal fall arrest system. The employer did not ensure that employees working at elevated heights greater than 6 feet above the ground surface, were provided with a personal fall arrest system, thus exposing employees to a fall hazard, on or about 7/22/19.
