29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: Location: 1706 Paterson Plank Rd, North Bergen, NJ. a) An employee was exposed to a fall hazard of over 20 feet to the ground below as fall protection methods were not used while he was working/caulking at an unprotected edge; on or about 7/22/19. Spectrum Capital, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(4)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1378287, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 5/8/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 1706 Paterson Plank Rd, North Bergen, NJ.
