Violation observed on or about 12/10/2019.  b)  1706 Paterson Plank Road, 2nd Floor, West Side, Approximately 20 Window Openings, North Bergen, NJ.  Site employees were exposed to 15 foot falls to the outside ground below from approximately 20 wall openings where workers could walk directly from the main floor level right out the unguarded openings.                                                    Violation observed on or about 12/10/2019.
