29 CFR 1910.176(b): Material stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse:  a.  371 W. Pike Street, Lawrenceville, GA (Tire Shop) - Employees were exposed to struck-by hazard.  Excess tires were not properly stacked.  The excess tires were stacked on top of each another, up on the wooden racking system, approximately 10ft.  Several tires were leaning over the racks and/or not properly stacked/secured on top of one another; if in the event an employee accidently bump up against the wooden racking system, the tires could fall below striking an employee, on or about July 25, 2019.
