29 CFR 1910.178(l)(4)(ii)(D): Refresher training, in the relevant topics was not provided when the operator was assigned to drive a different type of truck. a) Warehouse- On July 24, 2019, the employer did not ensure that an evaluation of the operator's knowledge and skill to operate the power industrial vehicles safely was performed for each type of vehicle operated, including the reach trucks, order pickers, and sitdown forklifts. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
