Kittyhawk Drive Cedar City, UT 84721 : On or before 7/24/19 the employer did not protect employees from injury in that electrical panels in the automotive shop were blocked. Tools and equipment were stored within 30 inches of the panels. This condition exposed employees to electrical shock and fire hazards.
