29 CFR 1926.600(a)(3)(ii):  Whenever the equipment is parked, the parking brake was not set. Equipment parked on inclines did not have the wheels chocked and the parking brake set:   a) Caterpillar IT38G Series II Integrated Tool Carrier: On or about July 29, 2019 and at times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure the parking brake was functional while the machine was parked on anything less than level ground of the unfinished property of the construction job site which exposed employees to injuries associated with being struck-by and run over by the machine.
