Many of the circuit breakers did not have any labeling to ensure employees can turn off the power to the correct and corresponding machines, equipment, etc. the breaker is powering to perform any servicing or maintenance operations on those machines, equipment, etc., and avoid electrical hazards.  One circuit breaker had been taped over as well.
