29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(iv): Employees did not always stand firmly on the floor of the basket, and sat or climbed on the edge of the basket or used planks, ladders, or other devices for a work position: a) On or about July 30, 2019 at the guillotine valve employees were exposed to fall hazards while painting steel structure from a Genie Z-80/60 Aerial Lift (227775GT, D14BF0218US) and the employer did not ensure employees stood firmly on the floor of the basket.
