29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical: Kitchen area: On or about June 5, 2024, the employer exposed employees to chemical hazards, in that a safety data sheet was not available for the Goo Gone Oven and Grill Cleaner, which is used by employees to clean the ovens.
