29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:   a.  On or about August 2, 2019, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations on a roof, nine (9) feet two (2) inches and eighteen (18) feet nine (9) inches, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards.  Pablo Hernandez dba Pro Shield Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1347282, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on December 7, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 4 Chantilly Lane, North Aurora, IL 60542.  Pablo Hernandez dba Pro Shield Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1086533, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 3, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 1308 Creekside Circle Minooka, IL, 60447.
