(b) Location - Wescott Street, Malden, MA: On or about 07/22/2019, the employee installing ridge vent shingles on the roof of the building was not protected from falls to lower levels. Obdulio Palma dba Palma Contracting was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1269380, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on November 4, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 74 Prospect Street, Waltham, MA 02451.
