29 CFR 1910.28(b)(13)(iii): (iii) When work is performed 15 feet (4.6 m) or more from the roof edge, the employer did not protect each employee by a guardrail system, safety net system, travel restraint system, personal fall arrest system or a designated area: 170 Tapley St., Springfield, MA On or about August 6, 2019, an employee was observed working on the roof of this building without any fall protection system in use, more than 15 feet above the ground below and more than 15 feet from the roof edge.
