29 CFR 1926.416(e)(1): Worn or frayed electric cords or cables were used: 101 Rue Fontaine, Lafayette, LA: On or about June 26,02019, on the outside of building #1, employee(s) engaged in masonry operations was using a worn and frayed power cord that was connected to a temporary power pole. The cord was used to power a Dewalt saw in order to cut bricks.
