29 CFR 1910.145(e)(2): The wording of signs was not easily read and concise: a) United Cell, Pangborn 4LK-2 Blaster - A black and white safety instruction sign posted on the door was worn, faded, and illegible, on or about August 8, 2019. There were 4 lines of wording, however only one line reading "High Velocity Particles" was easily understood. b) United Cell, Pangborn 4LK-2 Blaster - A yellow and black sign posted on the door was not completely legible, on or about August 8, 2019. The letters in the word "Caution" were deformed or missing, with the exception of the letter O. c) United Cell, Pangborn 4LK-2 Blaster - A WARNING sign posted on the operator control panel was worn, faded, and illegible, on or about August 8, 2019. There were 8 lines of wording, however only 2 lines reading "Warning Do not start machine" were readable. No abatement certification or documentation required.
