29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: (Construction Reference: 1926.59)  a) At the jobsite - On or about and at times prior to August 7, 2019, the employer did not develop, implement and/or maintain a written hazard communication program for employees who utilized masonry materials (e.g. concrete mix made with masonry cement, brick cutting) during the installation of bricks on an exterior wall, exposing the employees to eye/face and/or skin injuries and irritations.
