29 CFR 1910.157(e)(3): Portable fire extinguishers were not subjected to an annual maintenance check: a) Al's Diesel: On or about August 7, 2019 and at times prior, the employer failed to perform, or to have performed, an annual maintenance check on the facilities portable Amerex ABC type fire extinguishers. The last annual maintenance check of the fire extinguishers was in May of 2017.
