29 CFR 1926.403(b)(1): Employer did not ensure that electrical equipment is free from recognized hazards that are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: Museum Building - Back of House Area: Employees were using a scissors lift for wall framing operations. The yellow flexible cord used to charge the JLG Scissors Lift (Model: 1930ES) had damage to the outer jacket, exposing internal wiring. Employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards.
