29 CFR 1910.37(b)(6): Each exit sign was not illuminated to a surface value of at least five foot-candles (54 lux) by a reliable light source and be distinctive in color: (a) On or about August 12, 2019 and at times prior to that date, for the employees exposed to fire related hazards while performing work activities in the facility where the main entrance EXIT sign was not illuminated located at 601A Nevada Way, Boulder City, Nevada. Note: This company was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1221404, Citation 1, Item 2, and was affirmed as a final order on August 27, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 601A Nevada Way, Boulder City, Nevada.
