29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces were not kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition: a) Wood Shop: Large quantities of combustible wood dust was accumulated on the room piping, electrical conduits and equipment, building structures and walls and surrounding woodworking equipment creating a potential fire and explosion hazard, as observed on or about August 13, 2019. b) Frame Grinding Room: Large quantities of combustible aluminum and wood dust was accumulated on the room piping, electrical conduit and equipment, building structures, floors and walls and surrounding woodworking and aluminum processing equipment creating a potential fire and explosion hazard, as observed on or about August 13, 2019. Pocono Screen Supply was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1319374, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on September 20, 2018 with respect to a work place located at 908 East Elm St., Scranton, PA. Abatement Certification Required.
