29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2): Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident: The employer is failing to protect employees from electrocution hazards associated with live parts of equipment or the unexpected energization of electrical equipment. This was most recently documented on August 12, 2019. The electrical Panel E19 containing the circuit breaker for the light fixture between the hot and cold water storage tanks did not have the breakers labelled to indicate their purpose.
