OSH ACT of 1970 Section 5(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that: On or about August 12, 2019, employees working with the blank molds, plungers, neck rings, and blow heads on Blow Machines B2, B3, and C1 and Combination Blow and Press Machine C2, were not protected from the caught in hazards while the blow machines were in motion. Among other methods, a feasible and acceptable method of abatement includes, but not limited to, minimizing certain catch-points and adding E-Stops to Blow Machines B2, B3, and C1 and Combination Blow and Press Machine C2.
