29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): (v) A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that meets the requirements in 29 CFR part 1910, subpart I, was not worn and/or attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: 1045 Boston Rd., Springfield, MA: On or about August 21, 2019, an employee was observed working from the raised bucket of this vehicle mounted aerial lift without a personal fall arrest system in use. Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19(d)(1).
