29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):  The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person:  On 8/19/2019, ERC Properties, Inc. operating as the controlling employer at 1000 Fountain Grass Drive, Lake Saint Louis, MO.  ERC Properties, Inc. did not exercise reasonable care to prevent and detect hazards on the site.  Employees on the site were exposed to struck-by, and fall hazards.   ERC Properties, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.20(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1344679, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 7/10/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 2100 Pure Street, Saint Peters, Missouri.
