29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(v): The employer used forklifts to support scaffold platforms without ensuring that the entire platform was attached to the fork and that the forklift was not moved horizontally while the platform was occupied: On August 21, 2019, and times prior there to, at a multi-family dwelling under construction, workers used a job built mobile scaffold platform to access the elevated work area and it was not ensured the attachment & non-movement of a mobile scaffold platform to a forklift was implemented.
